District Safety, Discrimination & Bullying Reporting System

The Tuscarawas Valley Local School District has four methods for reporting safety concerns, any form of discrinimation, or bullying incidents:
  1. Online Reporting 
  2. District Safety Hotline
  3. Direct Notification
  4. Speak Up, Save Lives 

 *Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.

*Please see Board Policy 2266 regarding Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in District Programs or Activities 

ONLINE REPORTING
Please select the building for which you wish to report an incident.  Complete and submit the form.
 
DISTRICT SAFETY HOTLINE
Call the district safety hotline at 330-859-1202.  Anonymous reporting is accepted.
 
DIRECT NOTIFICATION
Inform an administrator or any school employee by calling the number(s) listed below.
