TVMS Collection Day

Middle School Collection Day

On Wednesday, May 27th, the Middle School will be open from 8:00-3:00 for students to drop off any textbooks, reading novels, or other materials that need to be returned to the Middle School and to collect your belongings. Please remain in your vehicle and staff will assist you.

Students can keep their chromebooks and chargers for the summer.  Please turn in your chromebook if you do not want to keep it for the summer or if any repairs need to be made.  The tech department  will contact you when the work is done.

Students who had Physical Education the 3rd nine weeks or who have track clothes in the gym locker rooms will need to pick up those items as well.  All of the items will be left on a table outside the first set of cafeteria doors for you to go through to find your belongings.  There will also be a lost and found table. If you need to look at these tables please park in the parking lot closest to the kitchen.  Please send only one person to the tables.  When they have returned to the car  then get in line to get your school locker belongings and turn in your books.

Students will also receive honor roll certificates, select honor roll certificates, Presidential Awards, Spring Pictures and hopefully  yearbooks.  If the yearbooks are not here in time we will post another date for those to be picked up. All school locker materials have been bagged up and will be handed to you when you drive through.

Middle School parents should drive up to the  cafeteria doors closest to the office.  Staff will come to your car and get your child’s locker number and grade level.  Materials will then be brought to your car.  If you do not know the locker number we will have a list ready.  Please have all items ready to be turned in when we come to your car.
