Tuscarawas Valley Local Schools offers several resources for families to ensure our students have access to healthcare services!
School Nursing
Each of our school buildings has a full-time nurse who can assist students who are not feeling well or answer questions regarding student health. Contact the school office to be connected!
Telehealth Services
The district is pleased to offer telehealth services through Aultman Hospital, with parent opt-in, for students to be connected with a nurse practitioner from the school clinic. Parents can also be added to be part of the conversation and prescriptions can be easily ordered for parent convenience. Please contact the school nurse for this service.
School-Based Health Center
A primary care facility is located on the district through funding from the Governor's Appalachian Grant Program. Opened in August 2025, the clinic provides preventative care services as well as acute care for students and residents of the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District.
